Main Event Live Update, Day 5: Chu and Clark Eliminated

A severely shortstacked Hai Bo Chu pushed his last 90k in with 9 7o, he was called by QQ and he was eliminated. Tony Clark, the man that won his seat for free from pub poker on the Gold Coast was eliminated as well. He pushed his 391k over the top of a raise pre-flop. He was callled by QQ and Clark was an underdog with 99. He couldn’t improve so he was eliminated.

With a rush of early eliminations it leaves us with only two Aussies left in the 2008 WSOP Main Event. Goodluck to Mark Vos and David Saab.
